web marketer & builderToronto, ON

5+years on the web

I build marketing websites  and help them convert.

At Rakuten Kobo, I launch 60+ campaign assets a month and set up A/B tests for the CRM team. I also co-founded OHM Labs, a small web studio in Toronto.

Selected work

Three sites and one audit offer, each shown at 1440, 768 and 390 pixels wide.

01OHM Labs

Studio website

OHM Labs

The site for the web studio I co-founded, and the one I look after end to end: structure, navigation, internal links, speed and tracking. OHM sells four services, but every section ends at the same step, a free website health check.

Set up for search and AI answers: structured data, an XML sitemap and llms.txt.

02Health check

Free conversion audit

Websitehealth check

A free audit I designed as OHM’s main call to action. It scores a site on five things: trust and messaging, conversion path, proof placement, mobile speed and follow-up. The owner gets a short scorecard and a list of what to fix first.

03Thornhill Hub

Community services website

ThornhillEmployment Hub

A free employment centre for Thornhill and York Region, with two audiences: job seekers and employers. The first screen speaks to both, and both paths end at one button, Book an Appointment. Job alerts catch people who aren’t ready to book.

04Naya

Online store for a modular keyboard

Naya

A Shopify store for Naya Create, a split keyboard with swappable modules. There was a lot to explain before anyone would buy, so the page takes it one idea per section: the modules, the ergonomics, the software.

Naya closed in August 2026, so the link goes to the archived site.

how I approach a page

How I work

  1. Start with the next step

Who is the page for, and what should they do next? I plan the path from the first screen to that one action before I think about layout.

  2. Check what’s already there

I score the current page on five things: trust, conversion path, proof placement, mobile speed and follow-up. The weakest one gets fixed first.

  3. Build it myself

I build in WordPress, Shopify and Next.js, with custom code where the page builder falls short. At an agency in Amsterdam, the template library I built cut design-to-deployment time by 25%.

  4. Track it, check every width

I set up GA4 on ohmlabs.co to see what visitors do. Before launch, I check every link, breakpoint and alt text. It’s the same routine behind 60+ launches a month at Rakuten Kobo.

quick facts

  • Based in Toronto
  • English, Ukrainian and Russian
  • Worked in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Canada

I’m a web marketer and front-end builder in Toronto. I care about the details that decide whether a page works: the headline that wraps badly on a phone, the button that slips below the fold.

I started at an agency in Amsterdam, designing and coding campaigns for retail and e-commerce brands. Since then I’ve built landing pages and custom front-end for a solar monitoring portal, and localized content for 10+ markets.

Today I’m on the Marketing Delivery team at Rakuten Kobo, where I build and QA campaign emails and kobo.com banners and set up A/B tests. I also co-founded OHM Labs, where I build websites for growing businesses.
